A busy year gets even busier.
I've recently been promoted to Principle Developer at Velir. In the five years I have been there we have had a string of successful, high profile projects in Drupal 8, generated a handful of popular modules and themes, and rose the profile of Velir in the agency space to the upper tier of providers of Drupal solutions within the first year.
I will still maintain my role/capacity as Drupal Practice Lead. I have unmatched passion in what I do, and not just limited to Drupal. I'm appreciative that it is being further recognized and acknowledged.
In the coming weeks we will be doing huge launches for the National Bureau of Economics and a large national home/community builder I cannot name yet. Site Factory, Cohesion, ReactJS components, migrations, API integrations, boatloads of tests... its some of my proudest work yet professionally in my capacity as tech lead on these projects. I can't wait to solution for more.
At this point I have ticked off nearly every personal goal I made for myself and its time to create some more short and long term goals. Never let anyone tell you that you can't do something, won't be something, won't make a certain living or don't deserve something. Get out there and get after it. You deserve everything you go for.
